No long contracts. No hidden fees. Three ways to engage — pick what fits, scale as you grow. Start with a free catalog audit if you're not sure.
Pricing is one part of the decision. These four numbers are the rest of it.
Across 15+ platforms and marketplaces — small catalogs to 500,000-SKU enterprises.
Year-on-year. The work renews because the operations team earns it.
Across every account, every size — measured and reported weekly.
Exclusively. We've never pivoted, never become a generalist agency.
Three ways to get e-commerce back-office work done. Here's an honest look at when each fits — including when we're not the right answer.
| Factor | Professional ITS | Freelancer | In-house hire |
|---|---|---|---|
| Speed to start | Onboarded in 48–72 hours | Days to weeks (sourcing + trial) | 2–4 months (hire + onboard + ramp) |
| Cost predictability | Fixed monthly or per-SKU. No surprises. | Project-by-project. Inconsistent quality at the same rate. | High fixed cost: salary + benefits + management + recruiting |
| Continuity | Dedicated contact, weekly reports, no key-person risk | Tied to one individual — can disappear or leave no documentation | Stable, but you carry cost during slow periods and attrition risk |
| Scalability | Ramp 2 to 50+ operators within 48–72 hours | Limited to that one freelancer's capacity | Slow — hiring cycles run quarterly at best |
| Platform expertise | Specialists across 15+ platforms — Seller Central, Shopify, Walmart Seller Center, and more | Varies. Often deep in 1–2 platforms, gaps elsewhere | Single hire = single skill set. Multi-platform requires multiple hires. |
| Best when | Catalog or back-office is real, ongoing operational work | One-off, well-scoped, low-stakes tasks | Strategic role you want fully embedded in your team |
Across every account, every size.

Month-to-month with 30-day cancellation.
Start with a free catalog audit. We review 50 of your SKUs, deliver a written findings report, and recommend the right engagement. No credit card. No commitment.

Volume discount, plus commitment. The Scale tier (160 hr/month + dedicated account manager) is our deepest engagement, so it earns the lowest per-hour rate ($7.50/hr). Smaller tiers price higher because they have less commitment behind them. This is standard B2B services pricing — commit more, save more per hour.
No. Every engagement is month-to-month with 30-day cancellation. Per-SKU work is invoiced monthly with no minimum at all. We don't believe in lock-in contracts — if we're not earning the renewal, we shouldn't get it.
If the VA we assign isn't the right fit for your work in the first 7 days, we'll replace them at no additional cost. New onboarding starts immediately. The guarantee window is 7 calendar days from the VA's first working day on your account.
We default to USD invoicing, but quotes in GBP, EUR, and AUD are available on request. The conversion rate is set at the start of each engagement and held for the duration — you won't pay more if exchange rates move against you mid-contract.
Most engagements over 200 hr/month or with specialized requirements (multi-language catalog work, senior platform specialists, dedicated team setups) are quoted custom. Tell us what you need via the contact form and we'll come back with a scoped proposal within 4 business hours.
